To start with they couldn’t figure out our reservation. It took them 30 minutes to check us in. On the way up to the room to drop our stuff off in the room before we head to the race we seen cigarette butts laying all up and down our hallway. The whole hotel stunk like cigarettes and body funk. That they tried to cover up with Fabulosa, which only made it worse. We dropped our bags in the room and ran right back out to head to the races. When we got back at night after the race there was someone drunk laying in our hallway still drinking. When we get into the room, we wasn’t in there much more than five minutes when we realized the room has bedbugs. We went downstairs to request a refund and checked out and the staff was not helpful at all. He just wanted to put us in another room which I’m sure would probably still have bedbugs. I had to contact Expedia to get them involved in getting us checked out in a refund. Thank goodness Expedia is extremely helpful and done everything they could to get us checked out and got a refund in the process. I would never recommend anyone staying at this hotel.

No hot water. Dirty tub, broken faucets in bathroom. Room number was missing..someone wrote it on the wall with a pencil after this was discovered. The lobby had such a strong cleani g solution odor I had to go outside. Normally not bothered by such. For the price..it was not worth it. Maybe 1/2 of the price we paid. AND that price doubled the next night because of the races. Gouging at its best. And I know it's the way of the world. I will not stay here again. Nor will I recommend it.

There was pizza crust and rat poop piled up behind our beds, blood spots all over the walls and heaters, and the shower was dirty, our beds were made but once we took the covers off we could tell they weren’t washed(sex stain), the entire third floor smelled of cigarettes(we only went to the third floor). This is the only hotel I’ve ever walked out of and not to mention the stairs are everything but safe And to give you an idea of the cleanliness the phone was so dirty I didn’t want to call the front desk with it. My son said he’d rather sleep in the car than the beds. Stay away at all costs it’s horrific

Much of the hotel was under renovation or just plain unusable. The pool was closed, half covered with a torn cover, and generally a mess. The laundry room was closer for renovation. The phone in my room had no cord and was basically a paperweight. There was often the smell of weed in random parts of the hotel from the lobby to the elevator to the hallways. The staff was friendly but that couldnt account for the overall mess of the building.

Tired, beat up hotel much in need of a remodel. Scuffs and stains everywhere. Gloomy and sad. Dark and depressing. Fellow who checked us in was a pleasant fellow.

Worst Hotel Service Ever

First room put into was not even cleaned, dirty sheets and blanket on chair in room. Second Room had broken drawers, filthy hallways, pool was emptied for maintenance and it was 95 degrees there. Hallway smelled like a moldy musty smell.

The lady that checked us in was really nice and helpful. It was late on a Friday night when we checked in and they were doing karaoke in the bar, but we couldn't hear it in our room, which was good, because we were tired. We had a restful night and the breakfast was good.

Not the best

Could use a major facelift. I checked for bedbugs by ripping the sheets off at the bottom but the stained gross mattress cover wouldn’t expose the actual mattress. Top Sheets seemed clean but I still slept with clothes on. Could feel every spring in the mattress. We were there for only 6hrs to sleep and it was non refundable otherwise we would have left.
