Very hateful and made me pay again instead of accepting reserve ation

I reserved a room for 2 days and when I get there to check in, there is no vacancies!! I drove 16 hours only to get disrespected At least calling and say hey are you still coming might have been the right MOVE.

There wasn't any thing my daughter or I liked & if it wasn't for my money being non refundable we wouldn't of stayed at all. The rooms nothing like the pictures & it was full of cockroaches. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone Also I rented a sweet & that was advertise & we got a regular room.

Property doesn't honor your bookings
Publié le 19 nov. 2023 sur HotelsTHIS HOTEL NO LONGER HONORS YOUR BOOKINGS! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE HAD AN ISSUE WITH BOOKING SAID HOTEL ON YOUR WEBSITE. THEY HAVE ASKED YOU ALL REPEATEDLY TO TAKE THEM OFF AND YOU WON'T!! Please pick this you should really fix this issue
