An immaculate garage apartment just off ETSU’s campus. The apartment had all the basics including a variety of coffee for the Keurig and very comfortable beds! The outside patio is lovely and very welcoming. Tricia was very responsive to all messages and shared great info about the area.

My mom and I traveled to visit my brother in Johnson City. This was a wonderful location (very close to campus and Downtown area) , great apartment above the garage, beds were comfortable, hosts were very responsive when we inquired about something! We loved the patio area we had access to and used it both nights and one morning for coffee! We plan to stay again next year!!

We visited the area for a softball tournament and found this apartment to be an ideal accommodation. The beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare our meals. The host was attentive and responded promptly to all of our requests. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a convenient and well-equipped place to stay.

Perfect for ETSU activities

We were in Johnson City for a college visit and volleyball tournament with one daughter - and the end of spring break (from a different college) for the other. The location was perfect for us, very near the university, restaurants, as well as parks and trails. It was great to have our own entry but feel the protection of a neighborhood and family home.

Perfect Spot

We were in town for our son's graduation at ETSU. We were 5 min from campus. Close to everything we needed. Location was private and quiet. Check in process was very easy. They even had games for the kids in the apartment. I would definitely stay here again. I felt the price was fair compared to other locations we have stayed at

Great location for ETSU families!

We stayed here for Family weekend at ETSU. Very spacious, quiet ( you can't hear the train! IYKYK), exactly as pictured. There are stairs so those with mobility issues need to take that into consideration. This is a great home base for anyone coming to Johnson City.

My mom and I had a great stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our only recommendation would be to extend the hand rail higher up the stairs. Other than that everything was perfect.
