Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more are only .5 a mile away.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals, and NO cats or birds, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

We only slept in the house. The mattress was very comfy. Pillows need to be updated but the host have really good taste. House was very modern and well maintained. They gave us a list of places to go and see which we took advantage of and places to eat, which we also took advantage of and then I took my husband back and dropped them off on the Appalachian trail and headed home. Very cozy & well-equipped

We really loved this unit, and it was great for the price. The apartment was cozy and perfect for a couple. It had nearly everything we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect for our stay in Johnson City, allowing us to easily walk into the heart of town to enjoy some of the local eateries and brew-houses, and even to visit Founder’s Park and the newly opened Visitor Center. The location was pretty quiet, once we got used to the whistle of trains going through town. Our only difficulty was getting in to the property the first time, due to a non-functioning electronic door lock, but our host was gracious and immediately responsive, finding a quick and perfect solution. Would definitely recommend better pillows for the bed and a more thorough cleaning of the floor and rugs, but that was a minor detail compared to the excellent comfort of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!
