Was disappointed for this time staycation, front deck staff not so friendly and not helpful at all, except assistant manager/manager. When I stand in front of the front deck counter, try to collect my key card and no one greet to me and only eye contact with me after that continue to do their own thing .

1) Not child family as there is only rain shower outlet in the toilet and no normal shower head. How to bathe a toddler without getting wet? How to wash legs when change to bedroom slippers without getting wet? 2) The toilet is terrible as the 02 in my room have mould and stains. 3) Some parts of the room had a layer of dust. 4) The room is considered big. There are plenty of food eateries around the hotel.

Choose Holiday Villa !

I arrived early morning and Mr. Jagdeep was kind to let me have early check in to rest. Really appreciate. Reception staff all helpful and friendly, patient. It is not a new hotel but it knows how to run it efficiently and keep good maintenance and cleanliness. Location is fantastic to access all the goodness of the city centre.

the area is accessible to many eateries and mall. But the room is quite old. Faulty shower, bathroom door and a bit old and rundown. Definitely needs some renovation. Breakfast food was good and plenty of selection.
