Felt relax during the stay. Only thing is the TV signal not very good. Well, it's still okay as we are not here for the TV program then shopping, eating, massage, movies etc......

Everything is almost perfect.... Good location, A very kind owner, so detail with the information and pictures on how we can check in and what facilities we have to stay here. This is an amazing place to stay in JB if you want to have family bonding, i.e a huge room which can fit in 4 person. Slight minus point, similar to KSL Hotel and Resort, D'Esplanade also have same issue, the water strength is just moderate. Thumbs up for this hotel, I will definitely recommended to friends and family.

A pleasant and satisfying stay

Amazing location, convenient and exactly next to KSL mall. You can find literally almost anything. The Condo unit is in 18th floor. It is very clean and bathroom has bathtub. For check in, you should contact the owner and the owner will give you the instructions on how to get in to the building. I arrived earlier than the standard check in time, but the owner could arrange the early check in. Much appreciated. One downside though, I did found cockroaches inside the unit. I think it was not because the unit is dirty, but the roaches came from outside. I could see that this is not the first time people have "unwanted guests", seeing that there were already electronic pest repeller, roach "poison", insect spray available. Though with the unwanted guests, I would still think that I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this without doubt.

Air-conditioning can't be adjust. Or though it's a non-smoking room but smokers can smoke outside the balcony. Message how to check out but there was no reply. It was a fine stay overall.

Convenient location,spacious studio and great view

Location was amazing as KSL is just a short grab ride from CIQ and the apartment blocks are directly connected to KSL mall with a linkway. Perfect for late night movies. The apartment also has a balcony with great view, is spacious and comes with wifi. Check-in was also easy and fuss free. However we spotted a cockroach in the bathtub once and also ants come very quickly if you have food on the table. TV is also too small and we have to squint a little. The lift system is also a little bit tricky. But for short staycation the apartment is great. Will definitely stay again.

One night shopping and night market trip.

Right next to KSL City mall and seladang night market. Have to do self check in by collecting access cards from the letter box near the lift lobby. Clear instructions and room number given via whatsapp night before check in. Side door from homestay lobby to ksl mall means no need to worry of rain if you going shopping at the mall. Room reasonably clean with balcony and great city views. Value for money as it comes with 1 twin bed and 2 single beds that sleeps upto 4. Good to go on Mondays as night market available every Mondays and is located right next to this accommodation. Overall great stay if you are going for shopping and food with shopping and eateries in abundance including street food, restaurants and coffee shops.

Cosy Apartment at KSL

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Although it is small but cosy and conveniently accessible to KSL. Alex has been very friendly and even delivered.extra blanket and towels to us after knowing that we have 2 kids with us.

KSL Apartment Cosy

It was a great experience to stay at KSL studio apartment, Good size for family of four. The dinner table was not so pleasant . It will be good if the door access to mall or back to apartment can change to 10am to 10:30pm. Otherwise need to go out from the mall and walk into the carpark to access to the apartment. I will come back again.
