Simple Budget Hotel

Check in was slow as the counter staff was not able to find our booking. Fortunately there were elevators to each floor. The rooms were compact and simple. Windows were tiny. Towels were clean. Reasonable for the price we paid.

Be more efficient and proactive.

Service counter not efficient enough, I have to wait for the service counter to on his laptop to check my booking. My advice is, the service counter must be at ALL TIMES be ready or prepare for in coming check guest instead of waiting till the guest arrive then check via laptop. Thank you.

The moment I arrived to check in, the receptionist failed to recognise the reservation I made. He said he didnt received any notification from the respective site. This is so disappointing because I was so tired at that time and had to deal with such a poor services.

Rien de trop negatif a dire sur l hotel. bon rapport qualite prix...par contre le gardien de securite a l exterieur m a vole mon sacoche avec mon argent et tous mes papiers. les cameras de l hotel avait tout filme et il est en prison pour quelques temps. mon sac n a malheureusement pas ete retrouve car il l avait jete dans une poubelle qui a ete ramasse avant ses aveux.
