Guest Access:

Full access in the property. Guests may arrive after 3pm, with the possibility of arranging something else if necessary.



The Neighborhood:

For the adventurous spirits, you can practice scuba diving, being very popular the underwater visit to the remains of the church of the original town of Tequesquitengo, covered by the waters at the end of the XIX century. And for aerial thrills, in the neighboring town of San José de Vistahermosa, there is a small aerodrome where flying and parachuting lessons are given.



For the amusement of children and adults, the best water parks in Latin America are located a short distance from the lake.



"Teques" is an ideal place to spend a vacation, or simply a few days of wonderful, sunny tranquility. However, there is so much to do in and around the lake that you can easily exchange the tranquility for intense activity.



In the lake, whose waters in summer reach a temperature of 28 °C, all kinds of water sports and activities are practiced: you will find boats and jet skis for rent. Water-skiing (Tequesquitengo is a hotbed of national and international champions in this sport) is the sport par excellence in the lake, and you will find excellent instructors.



And at night, Teques also lights up: restaurants, bars and discos, are waiting for you to enjoy until Dawn.



Getting Around:

Very close to Tequesquitengo, there are wonderful places of great interest, Cacahuamilpa Ruins, Beautiful City of Taxco and several ex-haciendas from the colonial era, which are worth visiting.



Other Things to Note:

1. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 6:00 PM.

2. Parties are not permitted, and events are only allowed with prior consultation and approval.

3. Please bring your own pool towels, toiletries, charcoal, food, and beverages.

4. Soap, napkins, toilet paper, and cleaning products are available at the property.

5. For your security, we recommend storing valuables in your rooms at night or when leaving common areas such as the garden, pool, or terrace, as service staff also retire during these times.

6. We are not liable for the loss of valuables or other items unless handed over to the service personnel for safekeeping.

7. Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents involving guests during their stay.

8. Use of the pool boiler is optional (recommended during winter) and incurs an additional fee of MXN $2,000.00.

9. The base price for the house accommodates up to 10 guests. Please inform us of the total number of guests (adults and children) in advance so we can provide an accurate quote.
