Burr it’s cold in here
Posted Feb. 23, 2024 on HotelsThe room that I had the heat stopped working, or altogether wasn’t working, was gone most of the day, but when I came back to turn on the heat, it was freezing in the room had to switch rooms, which was unfortunate, because we were already all unpacked

No hot water in my 1st room had to change in middle of night 2nd room no cold water in bathroom sink

Horrible front desk attitude
Posted Feb. 11, 2024 on HotelsThe stay was alright, nothing special. As a choice privilege Gold member I don't expect to be getting rushed to check out at 10 am.
Every other Hotel in Joliet gives you until 12.
The lady at the front desk made is so difficult to extend for 1 day I would never stay at another main stay. Very rude and uncooperative. Stayed down the street at clarion where extending the next day over the phone was easy as it should be.

Easy in off I80 and convenient. Nice staff, better than expected kitchenette rooms than much nicer hotels.

Comfortable and reasonable price, close to hospital, restaurants and shopping. What I didn't like was the people including the front desk clerk smoking at the entrance door to the hotel. The second night I was there, a person was on his phone in the middle of the night on speaker phone, talking really loud.
