Set around a marina, within 200 metres of Jolly Beach, the villa offers spacious self catering accommodation with private patio & barbeque, deck, finger pier and mooring. The luxury villa has a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs and downstairs cloakroom. It has been refurbished to a very high standard with luxury furnishings, Cable TV/DVD player with ceiling fans and full air-conditioning in all rooms. A library of books & DVD's. Balcony with waterfront views, driveway for a golf cart or car. Villa is equipped with smoke detectors. The villa is fully air conditioned , but please try to respect that electricity is very expensive. The new units cool the villa very quickly so there is no need to keep them on all day. The hot water is an on demand unit.
Jolly Beach is a glorious long stretch of white sand, completely uncrowded, with large variety of water sports.Bodog Restaurant is right on the beach, & open all day & evening. There are restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, tennis & squash courts, gym & large swimming pool at the marina. The large supermarket supplies everything you could need for your holiday. Car hire and golf carts are available to rent.
Villa Cleaning: Our housekeeper will meet you at the villa upon your arrival to see you are settled in.
If additional cleaning service is required during longer stays a charge of U$ 60.00 per instance will be charged.
Note: Villa is self catering which means paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, basic essentials are provided as a starter pack. Once used, guests will need to replenish.
Villa Property Management Company: Our property management company can arrange a taxi to pick you up at the airport for a nominal fee of $60

I have my own personal golf cart available for rent at U$25/day.
No children are to drive the cart and the renter is responsible for any damage incurred. The fuel is full on beginning of rental and the same is expected at the end.
It has been brought to our attention that if you do rent a car, you must register the vehicle with the complex's CDAL Security Office located in the Commercial Centre within the complex. There is a charge of $10 US, subject to change, to register the vehicle. CDAL Security is not open on the weekends, but is open Mon-Fri from 9 am to 4 pm. This is an added security feature to the overall complex.
Deck and Finger Pier: We have added a deck and finger pier built onto the patio, which makes the whole area double the size. The decking lets you sunbathe for longer into the evening, and has lights set into the deck for evening use.The finger pier allows you to fish further out or use for mooring a boat. The extended deck and finger pier were just redone to it's natural wood finish, flower/plant pots added as well as additional sunbeds. Recently we added a new patio set with 6 chairs to enjoy al fresco dining on the veranda. A propane BBQ is also available.
Detail Payment terms and conditions:
GBP/US Cheques will be accepted, however we require payment 10 weeks before arrival. Payments can be accepted in US Dollars by wire transfer 25% non refundable deposit required to secure reservation - balance due 10 weeks before arrival. Rental rates include all persons up to 2 and all utilities including air conditioning. Additional people over 2 guests will add U$100/ or ÂŁ75 per week to the rental cost. Water rates on average are 40% higher as well as our electricity rate are 30% due to fuel costs. All we ask is to conserve by shutting off the air conditioning and lights when you are not in the villa and conserving water usage. We appreciate your cooperation which in turn allows us to keep our current rates in place.
Same day arrivals and departures - Departures will be 10:00 am. Arrivals check in is 4:00 p.m. You will be notified if this applies to your booking. Our housekeeping team does a thorough 'spring clean' for our guests. Our departure clean takes them approximately 5 hours to prepare the villa for our next arriving guests. You can appreciate that our cleaners have other villas to clean, especially during High Season as well as departures and arrivals occur more on Fridays, . Most of our guests now are paying for the day so they have full use of Villa Emerald Dreams prior to their departure vs. having to move luggage, etc. to another villa.
If you intend to rent a boat during your stay, we can accommodate boats up to 30 ft with the extended dock/pier. There are numerous marine facilities that can assist with rentals, just let us know if you have an interest and we can provide the information. There will be an additional daily charge of $20 US for water, if required for boat cleaning, etc. Just let us know and we can arrange through our property management company to gain access to the water supply. We are unable to supply shore power.
If you are reviewing other villas within the Jolly Harbour Community, if not noted ask owners where their villa is located. Villas located in the South Finger are within closer walking distance to all facilities, especially the mile long Jolly Beach vs. rentals in the North Finger of the complex.
