Jones Brook Cottage: A Unique Adult Only Four-Season Retreat

Welcome to Jones Brook Cottage, a historic gem transformed into a stunning year-round rental. Nestled beside picturesque Jones's Brook and adjacent to a century-old cemetery, this cottage offers a tranquil escape in breathtaking surroundings.

Guest Policy: This cottage accommodates a maximum of 8 adults. We cannot accept additional guests beyond those booked at the time of reservation. Please note that children under the age of 15 are not permitted.

Accessibility: The cottage features several staircases, which may pose challenges for guests with reduced mobility, such as those with hip or knee issues, or those using canes or wheelchairs.

Accommodations:
Bedroom 1 (Harris Corner Room): This master suite boasts a cathedral ceiling, a queen-size bed, a walk-in closet, and a TV with cable, Netflix, and YouTube. Large windows offer lovely views of the garden and Jones's Brook. The en-suite bathroom features a hairdryer, a rain shower, a beautifully recycled dressing table, and unique lighting.

Bedroom 2 (Wayside Inn Room): A spacious room with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom located across the street. This room includes plenty of storage and a cozy sitting area with an old church pew.

Bedroom 3 (Felix's Room): This roomy space features two queen-size beds and accommodates up to four guests. It shares a bathroom located next to the kitchen and includes cable TV, Netflix, and YouTube.

Amenities:
Kitchen: Fully equipped for preparing large meals, the kitchen includes numerous pots, pans, dishes, serving utensils, barbecue tongs, a fire extinguisher, a first-aid kit, knives, an oven, and a dishwasher. Spices, aluminum foil, and parchment paper are provided for your convenience.

Dining Room: Bright and spacious, the dining room features a rustic 8-foot wooden table, perfect for festive meals and special occasions, seating up to 8 people.

Laundry Room: Equipped with a new washer and dryer, a deep double sink with a concrete countertop, an iron, and access to a central vacuum system. This room adjoins bathroom #3.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 2: Features a WC, a rustic dressing table, a urinal, a modern rain shower, a hairdryer, a stocked linen cupboard, towels, hand soap, and wall hooks.
Bathroom 3: Includes a modern shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, a fully stocked linen cupboard, towels, hand soap, and wall hooks.
Loft / Lounge: A newly added space ideal for relaxing or hosting training sessions, featuring a 75-inch Smart TV, a Sonos sound system, sofas, tables, and comfortable seating.

Great Room: This majestic space boasts ceilings over 15 feet high and includes a mini stage with an organ, piano, community guitar, and pool table. A 12-foot event tree can be decorated year-round, complemented by an impressive 11-foot Gothic glass window that fills the room with natural light.

Covered Patio Area: Available year-round, this inviting space includes seating, a dining area, a propane barbecue, and a fire pit by the creek (firewood included), perfect for use from spring to fall.

Mudroom: Features a bench, wall hooks, and a large closet for your convenience.

Main Entrance: Welcomes guests with fire extinguishers and slippers for added comfort, with access to the basement and great room.
