It smelled bad when we arrived , dirty lobby area. Checked in , went to our room, key card didnât work, desk clerk tried another key , still didnât work, changed rooms, that key card wouldnât work . I asked for a refund so I could go to another hotel. Now waiting to see if Expedia is going to refund me that charge, as I went to another hotel down the street so I could get some sleep with my kid.
