House didnt disappoint. Cozy home as advertised. Its on the far southside of town, but very easy access to the city. Happy to have a fenced backyard for our dogs. Worth the money to be out of the business of graduation!

We were very happy with our stay and will choose this place again when we return. The host reached out to check on us the first evening and made himself available if there were problems or anything he could do to make our stay more pleasant. But we did not encounter any problems. Every room was very clean. The living room furniture and beds were very comfortable. Placement of TVs was excellent. The wifi was high speed and reliable. The Christmas tree was a wonderful touch. The decorating had a lot of whimsy, was easy on our eyes and spirit, and just right (not too busy and not too minimalist). The kitchen had everything we needed, including a coffee maker, hot water pitcher, can opener, kitchen multipurpose scissors, measuring cups and spoons, microwave, stove and oven, and large refrigerator. The dishes were beautiful. There were plenty of soft towels and soap dispensers in the shower. Blankets on the beds were warm with large, soft throws on each one. The privacy fenced-in back yard was great for my dog. No cracks for her to escape. She didn't bark much, which meant she thought it was a safe place to stay (she is a livestock guardian breed). The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see. The HVAC kept us very comfortable even though outside temperatures were very cold. We plan to recommend this place to others.

We came in town to see family for the holidays and needed somewhere pet friendly . Richard was very accommodating and had good communication with us . The area is very close to everything you need in town and in a safe neighborhood. Our two dogs loved the fenced backyard and played outside a lot ! The house was clean and kitchen stocked with good dishes , where I was able to make thanksgiving food . The house does have an older smell to it like a lot of older houses do ,but they keep it very clean ,I can be a clean freak and was very impressed . The beds were very comfy but you might struggle if you are used to a king , we are just spoiled to a bigger bed 
 but we slept great, felt safe, and they even had the house decorated really cute for the holidays to make us feel at home . Would definitely stay here again !

The house was just as pictured with a nice privacy fence. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with the host was very quick and easy! I would definitely stay here again. If you are used to sleeping with a ceiling fan or a box fan I would suggest bringing one. Like I said it’s very quiet at night. There were plenty of wash clothes and towels. The washer and dryer was a very nice thing to have as we were there to play softball. The location was perfect only a couple of miles from Wal-Mart, Dollar-General, and restaurants.
