On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower and toilet) (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 2 single beds 90X200 cm can be twinned into 1 double bed 180x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds) and 1 bedroom with private bathroom (bath and toilet) (2 single beds 90X200 cm can be twinned into 1 double bed 180x200 cm + 2 single pull-out beds). All inclusive. Optional in-home body care (on request from the owners). Julie and Fabien welcome you to their gîte, tailor-made to receive you. Les Balcons de la Charve are ideally located in the Savoyard foreland - unspoiled territory between nature, lake activities and gentle mountains. Superb address! As comfortable as it is pleasant, this large house decorated with great taste in a refined style has many advantages. Enjoy its beautiful living room open to the outside, in the heart of the Savoyard vineyard, for a stay closer to nature.
