My wife has allergies so when we opened the room the smell of the carpet cleaners or Fabreze set her alergies off. I openend the windows and she wore a mask. We went out to dinner and it was better when we returned. It was probably Fabreze and it disapated. It was anoying to me as well. other than that it was awesome. staff was great. by morning it was fine.

The fireplace didn’t work. And there wasn’t hot water for the jacuzzi. It was lukewarm. Other than that it’s a quiet and beautiful place to stay.

Room was very comfortable, quit, and convenient. Short and scenic drive into town. The setting of the motel was very pleasing with plenty of trees and very friendly staff. A return visit to Eagle Cap is a must.

The room was clean and the staff friendly. Parking is difficult, there are more rooms than spaces to park. Location is very convenient to the Wallowa Tram, and walkable to gift shops nearby. Had to travel into Joseph (5 miles ) for dinner, as dining options are limited.

I cannot express enough how much I love this place! From excellent coffee at the office to EXCEPTIONALLY clean, I can't believe wear a great deal it was! We booked the honeymoon suite with jetted tub and fireplace. It was perfect. The location is excellent for access to the park amd trails and activities as well. We went on the shoulder season so done this were closed but we didn't feel like we missed out at all because the property was so cozy. Maya (sp?) was a doll and we would come back just to see her! Parking was our only issue. There doesn't seem to be enough for the number of rooms but we made due. Absolutely returning regularly!
