There are multiple exterior stairs to get down to the home. Inside this home could be considered a single story home but you must go down three stairs from the hallway just passed the entry door (1 bedroom and bathroom are also on this `level`) and then down into the kitchen and living room, up a stair to get to the master bedroom and up two stairs to the other bedroom.
