We spent 3 nights at Rhino Sands for our honeymoon. It was the highlight of our trip. The property is tranquil and serene. The luxury tent is well made and has all the comforts of home. It was like sleeping in a luxury suite in the middle of nature. The staff was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable and safe at all times. The food was delicious. They accommodate all special dietary needs or restrictions. We would love to give special recognition to Jonno our Safari guide. He was very friendly and welcoming. We learned so much from him. He made us feel safe and comfortable on every game drive. He delivered on every attempt to find certain animals. Thank you to all the Rhino Sands staff for a memorable experience!

This place deserves 10 stars!!! Such a hidden gem with a lovely staff that really goes above and beyond to enjoy your stay with them. The “tents” are the nicest tents you will ever stay in your entire life. The private plunge pool and outdoor shower was absolutely amazing! Being able to enjoy a gin and tonic and see animals walk right by your room ~ AMAZING!!! If you have any dietary requirements ... no problem the chef will take care of you! The chef uses fresh local ingredients with lots of options so your belly will be a happy camper as well! The dinners are set under the stars with candlelight and can be really romantic or just really cool to stare up at the sky and be able to see the stars and try to make out the constellations. The game drives are excellent and they limit each Jeep to 4 guests, so lots of room to stretch out, and no need to push anyone out of the way to get that perfect picture of the Cheetah or Lion. The perfect way to end the evening game drive was with our sundowners and snacks ... boy do we miss those! If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t hesitate for a minute. It’s a memory that you won’t ever forget and you’ll never want to leave.
