The home has been thoughtfully remodelled throughout, with soaring vaulted ceilings, walls of windows, and a layout that feels both grand and deeply comfortable. A wood stove, propane fireplace, and heat pump keep the home warm and cozy year-round, and the rear deck offers partial views of the Saanich Inlet through the trees.

A small studio suite is attached to the property with its own separate entrance and is occupied by a long-term tenant. They are quiet and respectful neighbours and you are unlikely to notice them during your stay.

Guests have full and exclusive access to the main house, including all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, the full kitchen, living areas, bonus room, rear deck, carport, and driveway parking. The infrared sauna in the primary ensuite is available for guest use.

The detached studio suite and its parking spot are not included.

Self check-in via keypad. Full access codes and arrival instructions will be sent before your stay.

Getting There

From Downtown Victoria, head north on Douglas Street (Highway 1). Follow signs toward Brentwood Bay. Turn left onto Wallace Drive, then onto Willis Point Road. Continue along Willis Point Road. The property is on the right-hand side.
Note: Willis Point Road is winding and rural. Allow extra travel time, especially for guests unfamiliar with the area, and exercise caution after dark or in wet weather.

House Rules:

- Keep a respectful volume and behaviour at all times.
- Quiet time between 9pm – 9am.
- No pets permitted.
- Maximum 8 guests unless approved by host.
- Please treat the home with care and leave the space tidy upon departure.
- Parking includes 1 carport and additional surface parking on the driveway.
- Do not park on Willis Point Road
- Strict No Smoking Policy: No smoking, cannabis, vaping, or e-cigarettes on property.
- AWD or 4WD vehicle is recommended in shoulder and winter seasons. Willis Point Road is rural and can be challenging in wet or winter conditions.
- Guests must be respectful of the studio suite tenant who shares the property address.
- No commercial filming, events, or gatherings without prior written host approval.
- Late check-out may be accommodated with prior notice and an additional fee.
- Laundry Protocol: In-suite washer and dryer
- Guests may use laundry freely during their stay.
