We had a good experience at the hotel. The view from the rooms is spectacular and very relaxing. The city itself is so so not very interesting but still the hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was delicious and the place was very relaxing. Definitely best value with this beautiful view from your room. Only point for improvement is a more comfortable plushy mattress

Our room was beautiful. The balcony had the best views of the volcanoes and was very peaceful to eat breakfast at. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience.
