The customer service is very good from the moment you enter the hotel, in my case the receptionist Marx treats me with great kindness.
I have already been to several hotels but this has been the best by far and the view when it's snowing is wonderful.

Our front desk respetionist Mary was a sweetheart, the rooms are very nice and clean, higly recommend staying here in Juneau

This is a very good place to stay. If you want a full breakfast, go somewhere else, but everything else is exceptional! Pleasant, friendly staff. Mary was eager to accommodate. Rooms are clean and quiet. We stayed on the airport side, barely noticed the aircraft noise, and couldn’t hear the highway traffic at all. This is a hidden gem for those wanting to be in the Valley. We’ll be back.

Our break fast items were regulated by corporate to quick grab and go items for all guest, and we also have multiple restaurants, and convenience store open with in walking distance for purchase of more food items. The location is ideal. Close to a convenient store for food & beverages. There are several restaurants in walking distance. There is a mall across the street. The hotel is very clean & the staff is very helpful. There is a shuttle to the airport & ferry terminal. This is now my go to stay in the Juneau Valley.
