Jupiter Bay Resort Condo, steps to the beach! Comfortably sleeps family of 4!

Fully renovated third floor condo in the building with the elevator, closest to the beach. Condo offers one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. King bed in the master, queen size pullout sofa in the living room and twin rollaway bed. Additional features include a large balcony just off the living room. You have fully equipped kitchen with all items you need. All small appliances are provided including coffee maker, blender, toaster and hair dryer. Large TV in the living room and bedroom. Beach gear is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels.
This unit is meticulously cared for and includes luxury furniture, linens and decor. New appliances.
Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach.
it's a self-check-in with a code lock.
The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater.
Guests have full access to the whole resort.
Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided. Please note that pickup trucks, motorcycles, boats and trailers are not allowed on the property. Guests coming with this will need to park it off property. No pets.
Everything is new and modern, and you can't beat the prime location, where you can walk or bike to pools, beach, tennis, supermarket and shops.
We offer significant discounts for off season (may to November) long term stays (20 days or more).

Perfect for two.

Perfect accommodations for my self and my wife. Quiet building. Third floor overlooking a nice public park area with the beach just beyond it. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend residence.

Relaxing and modern; quick walk to the beach

We felt at home in the updated, lovely condo unit overlooking a natural area with walking path and easy walk to the beach at Carlin Park. Comfortable bed, and many amenities. My husband I and I enjoyed our stay here. The space was clean, comfortable and well appointed. I’ve rented many short term rentals over the years and have learned to prioritize finding reviews that talk about not just features and cleanliness of the property but also the check in process. Those with a local contact or local owner are so much better and that was the case with this property. Very simple and streamlined check in process. Everything about the space was clearly explained. An added bonus to a great spot! I’m sorry we didn’t plan to stay longer.
