IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A QUIET, TRANQUIL, LUXURY LOCATION WITH LUSH GARDENS, A HEATED POOL, AND PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS, AWAY FROM THE TRAFFIC AND NOISE AT THE HIGH RISE HOTELS, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. OUR SINGLE LEVEL, REMODELED CONDO IS CLOSE TO THE BEACH, AND CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING ON WEST MAUI.

Included with our condo are beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, electric grill, beverage coolers, ice packs, cooking seasonings, lots of cooking utensils, dumb bells, three smart TV's, a Sony/JBL sound system, washer/dryer.

With an extensive open green, surrounded by lush gardens, directly in front of the living room, lanai, and master bedroom, our quiet, single-level, end unit sits at the top of Kaanapali Plantation, for an unobstructed view of the ocean and panoramic views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. In the evenings, you can relax and enjoy the breath-taking Maui sunset right on the lanai or from the living room. Each bedroom has a king-sized bed and an extra-large bathroom, including a walk-in shower, or a soaking tub. The master bedroom has an ocean view with access to the lanai.

Completely remodeled, our condo provides you with a luxury setting, with granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, cherry wood cabinets, top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, Grohe fixtures, central air conditioning, all new double-pane windows, washer and dryer, Smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, free high-speed internet access, and a new Cuisinart Electric Grill on the lanai.

Free parking is located just steps from the entrance, with no parking issues or elevators to deal with. There are 5 steps, or two ramps, from the parking area to the front door.

It's just a 1-minute drive (though many people walk) to Airport Beach (Kahekili Beach Park) at Kaanapali--one of the nicest beaches on Maui, with swimming, great snorkeling, and full facilities including restrooms, BBQ's, picnic tables, showers, and plenty of free, shaded parking available.

Kaanapali Plantation is very convenient to everything. Whaler's Village Shopping Center is a little over a mile away. There is a 24-hour Safeway 3 miles away in Lahaina Cannery Mall, or a Times Supermarket just a mile north. Across the street from Lahaina Cannery Mall is Lahaina Gateway, with many businesses including Ross, Ace Hardware, and Foodland Farms (natural foods).

Lovely Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Michael and Sarah's condo. It is super clean, quiet and has a great view. Access to the beautiful Kahekili Beach is 2 minutes by car or a 10-minute walking (inclusing crossing a major road). Check-in procedures were very easy and the owners are very responsive. Overall, a great stay.

Clean, well-appointed, quiet, good communication. Only drawback was the pool--although it looked clean and nice, we didn’t use it because the setting was not particularly inviting. You'll not want to walk to the beach, as it would be a long hot uphill walk home with all your gear and no sidewalk.

Fantastic unit with a fabulous location. Super clean, incredibly spacious, well-equipped unit provided everything we needed for our vacation. Best Condo in Maui

This is one of the few times where the photos accurately described what is inside and outside the property. We were pleasantly surprised upon entry with the cleanliness and amenities that the inside of the condo offered. The kitchen was up-to-date. There were plenty of cooking utensils, plenty of items needed to prepare and keep meals while on vacation. The dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer and dryer worked perfectly. The method for entering and exiting the unit was perfect. Also, a key code on a coded lock, so you didn’t have to worry about keys or fiddling with keys in a lock box either. The AC worked perfectly. It was even better that it was an end unit, so you could open the windows and get the nice ocean breeze throughout the condo, not even really needing air conditioning. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were plenty, and everything functioned well in both bathrooms. parking was never an issue, even with no assigned parking spaces. The swimming pool was clean, and welcoming. I loved the quiet, relaxing peacefulness of the area. I never heard anyone or anyone’s music while we were there. Sarah and Michael were more than accommodating, and I would gladly go to their place again if we go back to Maui.

A perfect stay 


We truthfully can claim that we gained some level of experience with condos and other vacation rentals in the past. This one is certainly outstanding and one of the best we had the pleasure to spend our vacation. Clean, fully equipped (beyond our expectation and experience) and with a view on the ocean and neighbouring islands you will never forget. It simply makes your day, when you watch out during breakfast on this scenery. Sarah and Michael have been very responsive and always willing to help wherever possible. A pleasure to arrange the stay with them. Location is great, quiet and close to the Kaanapali beaches and resorts, Napili and Kapalua. You can jump into the busy atmosphere of Whaler‘s Village or sit on the Lanai and enjoy a drink. Sarah and Michael, thank you for sharing your home with us.

Lovely property.

We loved the location and accommodations for our stay. One of our party was ill the entire time, but that beautiful view and shelter provided by the lanai was perfect for her. This is an older property, so bedrooms, bathrooms and shared living areas are spacious. The only disappointment was the lack of bbq amenities. The owners/managers were very responsive and considerate. Even after we departed, arranged for medication left behind be forwarded immediately. Take advantage of this property. Aloha.

Wonderful stay !

The 4 of us, my spouse and another couple, stayed at this condo for 7 nights. It is a very comfortable place with king beds!! We spent a good deal of time on the lanai, watching with binoculars (kindly provided) the whales playing in the ocean. Location is fantastic as many places to visit are easily accessible. If there is one minor concern we had, it was that the inventory of silverware was limited. Michael was easy to communicate with and he promptly offered information when I made inquiries . The condo has several books on visiting Maui and what one might want to explore. We chose a great place when we chose Michael’s condo, thank you!

This is a very nice, well appointed property. It is in a quiet neighborhood, off the main drag. It has been upgraded, so everything is in excellent condition. Michael and Sarah were great to deal with when we had a health issue that put our trip in jeopardy. We were able to work things out so that the trip was successful.

Maui paradise

We had a delightful time in this beautiful, well appointed condo. We could sit on the lanai watching the humpback whales jumping and breaching. The condo is very, very nice, our only problem was lack of wine glasses. We had friends over for a drink and because there were only 5 wineglasses my husband had to drink out of a plastic glass. The large bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom were perfect.
