Exclusive 2BR + 3rd room at Kaanapali Beach G206, Ocean View, Top Floor

Located cornered unit, with a spacious wrap-around covered lanai, the master bedroom with King bed and ensuite private bathroom, second bedroom with Queen bed with full bathroom. 3rd room has a comfortable Queen bed and half bath. Please note the 3rd room has no closet or air condition but a ceiling fan and a floor fan, along with storage drawers.

Enjoy ocean and Kaanapali golf course front views from the living room as well from the two main bedroom suites, as well as connecting spacious lanais for outdoor relaxation. Due to Owner request, not suitable for children and infants, no smoking, no parties.

Enjoy updated kitchen with granite countertops, Koa wood cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. Stunning bamboo floors throughout the living room, kitchen and hallways, includes washer dryer. Bedroom Carpet has been removed Oct 1, 2022 and replaced with bamboo floors throughout, new photos of the change has not been reflected yet.

Take a stroll on the Kaanapali Beach oceanfront boardwalk and you will be met by luxury shopping, mouthwatering restaurants, and plentiful activities. This is a lovely, quiet home and we enjoyed our stay very much. The home has been beautifully updated. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware, dinnerware & glassware. Beds comfortable in the 2 large bedrooms. Thank you for all the extra towels and bedding. New large front load washing machine and clothes dryer. The owner has noticed in the description that the 3rd bedroom does not have a useable clothes closet and does not have air conditioning vents. We needed to keep the 2nd bedroom and bathroom doors open to try to cool the 3rd bedroom. It wasn’t much of a problem but guests need to know and read the description. There is a problem with the bed in the 3rd bedroom and I sent an email to Linda in the management office. We treated this home like our own and would love to rent this unit again. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Thank you.

A wonderful property with a beautiful view. Three full bedrooms fit our family well however fan in third bedroom needs more power to cool the room. The beach was walkable as well as Whalers Village. Parking was easy and the condo had all the essentials that one needs to cook their own meals. Highly recommend!

Great stay near the beach in Maui!

The listing was very accurate, the space was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well maintained and well equipped. Plenty of room for the whole family to relax inside or outside on the beautiful lanai. The area was pretty quiet and the pools (the nearest one 1 min walk) were never crowded. The property is a quick and easy walk from a very quiet beach that had great snorkling with tons of turtles. We even saw a monk seal resting on the beach our first day there. Great place for our family of adults to relax!

Great stay in Ka'anapali

Large, clean, bright condo with 3 full bedrooms (hard to find) and comfy beds. Great location, able to walk to Whaler's Village, the beach, beach walk. Very nice pool, barbecue, and play area. Only complaint was a loud, annoying dryer that we only ran when leaving the unit, but that would not prevent us from staying again. Highly recommend.

Would definitely stay there again!

Beautifully furnished. Very functional for 5 adults. Plenty of space. Well-stocked kitchen and baths. Great wraparound balcony with plenty of seating. Only comes criticism was strong moth ball smell from owners closet. Need to do something about that I think.

Wife and I really enjoyed the open feeling of the condo. We Loved how easy it was to bring the outdoors / inside, All because of the large sliding doors going out to the lanai .. this place very spacious in most areas. Great location in the Eldorado condos. Perfect view for us, Looking across the golf course.. Parking is close. Pool, hot tub and fitness room are all close and clean. Very convenient to the beach, shops and restaurants The Eldorado beach cabana is very handy for hanging on the beach. All an Easy walk . Small issues ; Master shower is very small. No comfy blankets on or for the beds. Only had a sheet then a very thin light weight blanket then a decorative sheet on top . Needs updated in the kitchen utensils department. No Keurig only an old style coffee maker. The knives were worn out and dull. The kitchen scissors do not cut anything, Kitchen needs a recycle container for plastic and aluminum storage each day . We would easily consider a return to this space in the future

Outstanding unit in excellent condition with beautiful views and a large indoor/outdoor beach cabana with chairs, towels, restrooms, towels, refrigerator, sink, and attendant a 5 minute walk or free golf cart ride away. Also pools, hot tub barbecue area, indoor parking, lobby, front desk open until 10 pm and concierge. An unforgettable family vacation.

Great location and Very Pleasant Condo

This condo was terrific! We had three couples for a week--October 2021. The condo is extremely well equipped for cooking with excellent quality pots, pans, appliances, etc. The condo is also very tastefully decorated and has a good floorplan. It's location on the golf course allows the many windows to provide views without others staring in at you. Excellent seating on the outdoor lanai areas allows outdoor relaxing at any hour of the day. Our only issues with this property is that the third bedroom (den) does not have good A/C vents making it much more warm and humid than the other bedrooms--even with the provided fans trying to move more air. Also, the condo/resort complex as a whole has some major repairs needed. The hot tub was in awful shape--and note that even though there are at least 3 swimming pools in the complex, there is only ONE hot tub for the entire resort! While the grounds and gardening were superb, the rooftops had lots and lots of broken tiles indicating that the complex is dated and needing important repairs. It is only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach (the resort-provided golf cart transportation was always too slow or unavailable). It's super nice having the included beach cabana on a prime spot of the beach! We would absolutely return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this unit for my wife's 50th birthday. Its a beautiful place with great views. Decorated great and perfect location. We will be booking G-206 for next years trip.
