Aloha and welcome to Maui. This gorgeous 3BR/3BA condo is oceanfront. Hokulani #350 is among the very finest 3 bedroom condos in the entire resort. It is one of the select OCEAN FRONT residences that are considered Ali'i condos-fit for royalty.
This 3rd floor, resort front condo offers sweeping majestic views over the manicured resort grounds and pools to Ka'anapali Beach and beyond. Look down to the pools, waterslide, and beach below. Enjoy the pulse and activity of the resort. The magnificent vistas extend over the beach and the Auau and Kalohi Channels to the islands of Lanai and Molokai beyond. The sunsets are spectacular all year around from the spacious 560 sq. ft. lanai. Full outdoor kitchen on the lanai features Viking BBQ, outdoor refrigerator, and sink. Watch whales frolic in season directly from the lanai and condo. Watch and listen to the waves. This condo offers a superb location.

#350 Hokulani overlooks the waterfall pool and waterslide. All the pools at the resort are visible from our spacious L shaped lanai.
Dine on the lanai or inside the condo. The beautiful kitchen offers all Viking appliances and includes a separate wine refrigerator. All granite counter tops and full granite backsplash add to the gorgeous refined feel. The walls of folding Nana doors can be opened and the lanai space can be incorporated seamlessly into the living area. The bedrooms are separated from the main living area which provides added privacy. There is a large master suite with an extravagant bathroom which includes a free standing soaking tub. There is also a second bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
ENHANCED CLEANING AND SAFETY PROCEDURES: The health and safety of our guests is our primary concern. Therefore we have implemented new enhanced health and hygiene standards to provide you with a clean comfortable space so you can have your vacation with peace of mind:
- A fully contactless check-in and check-out procedure is implemented.
- Rigorous cleaning protocols matching or exceeding CDC recommendations are implemented by fully trained staff using EPA-registered and medical grade cleaners.
- All high touch surfaces such as light switches, door handles, AC panels and TV remotes are fully sanitized at each cleaning.

The Honua Kai (HK) Resort is located at the northern end of golden Ka'anapali Beach, considered one of the world's best, warmed by the beautiful Maui sun and overlooking the islands of Lanai and Molokai.

TAX
The State of Hawaii mandates a total tax of 17.962%. Excise tax is 4.712% and Transient Accommodation Tax is 13.250%. Taxes are identified on the reservation confirmation (Subject to change). The higher tax rate of 17.962% applies to all departures after 01/01, 2024 regardless of when the property was booked.
