Check-in was great. Location of unit and cleanliness was wonderful. The unit was pretty dated. The coffee maker didn’t work. Of course our weather wasn’t anyone’s fault but the unit flooded .. thankfully we were up when the water started coming in, so we were able to put all the towels down. On one corner of the slider you can see outside where it’s not sealed and that let in a lot of water. The condo has a fabulous floor plan but could use an update.

This home was the perfect get-away for our family and friends. Walking distance from 2 different beaches, a pool, restaurants, spas, and just about anything else you want on a tropical get-away except solitude. Nestled between two holes on the Ka'anapali golf course and a main walking path for other residents of the Condos/hotels this property is not seculded - however the positioning at the end of the other condos and the expansive golf greens around the property make this space still feel very private and remote. The space was excellent for 4 adults and 2 small children, the public area's are very large and have beautiful views so we spent most of our time out on the patio or in the kitchen making food. Furnishings are a bit out-dated, but honestly it's almost expected at this point and I probably would have been dissappointed if it was full of the awful gray colors that are so hip right now. I want a beach flavor, not antiseptic. Any way, dont tell anyone else about this location because it's absolutely perfect and we dont want to share it with anyone else!

Best vacation stay!

We had the best experience staying at Maui Eldorado!! The condo was perfect for us with having 3 beds & 2 bathrooms. They have the best amenities—from driving us down to the condo with all of our luggage on a golf cart, the pool & having the wonderful cabana right on the beach. They even have an activities coordinator who was the BEST & set us up on three amazing tours!! We would highly recommend this place & hope to come back again!!!

Great Rental!

We had three couples stay for a week and the condo was perfect! Comfortable beds, plenty of space for everyone and the location was amazing. Only mishap was the fridge was turned all the way down when we arrived and never got super cold. We had some food spoil. Everything else was perfect! We love Maui Eldorado property and Vivian is great to work with. We will be back!

4 ladies celebrating our 80th B'DAY's~~ Yaaaaa

GREAT LOCATION!! Beds comfortable~ Plenty of towels. We didn't cook dinner there only B&L. Furnishings were nice & unit was comfortable, just our problem was with management who should have taken care of these things before guests arrive. The second day there I called & sent a text and told Vivian the rabbit ear wine opener was broke and the other one that was in there was to hard for us to use. She said, ask front desk to help us. They came and agreed opener was broke, and he finally got the bottle of wine open but agreed opener wasn't any good. We called Vivian again after washer problem and she said sent pictures of things wrong. 1) washer had no handle to open door and you didn't know until you finished washing. Yikes!!! They should have told us as they said they knew handle was missing. 2)The smoke alarm battery was hanging down not connected.. 3) Toilet paper holder kept falling off. Day before leaving I called and talked to Vivian and told her things that needed to be fixed and I said I was surprised they didn't come and bring new wine opener over when I called and told her it was broken. She ARGUED and said I never told her it was broken just we weren't strong enough to use it. I have it in writing in my text to her it was broken. I don't know why you would argue with a paying guest about anything like this. So suggesting you bring your own wine opener or get screw top bottles which we ended up doing. Linda came day before leaving and brought new opener, also said she wanted her maintenance guy to come and glue handle back on washer and fix smoke alarm and toilet paper holder. He came and fixed items except handle as they had to order new one. I know Owners depend on Property Management to keep them posted on property issues so they can get them fixed when needed.

Great vacation location at Maui Eldorado

Fantastic location, close to the beach and snorkeling at Black Rocks, nice quiet section of beach by the cabana, great location for other sightseeing trips on Maui. On property concierge was extremely helpful in sorting out trips, guides, and excursions. Will definitely come back and would definitely recommend this property to other people.

Great location and space

Great space for families and a great location to watch the ocean, sunsets and golfers. Nice to have the screen doors so that we have the doors open at night. However, we heard a rumor that the property is for sale and there could be a large hotel going in front of the El Dorado in the next two to three years. If this is true, we will not be going back to visit this place as this will completely ruin the view and spacious, relaxing property.

Our family of five stayed for a week. We enjoyed both beaches south and north of black rock. We found the easiest way to acces the Ka’anapali beach south of black rock by walking through the Sheraton. Condo was well equipped and had a georgeous view.

Perfect location!

We only stayed two nights but it was perfect! Great view , we walked to the Sheratons luau! And sitting on the porch I spotted whales in the ocean!!! Perfect vacation!!!

We loved the Maui Eldorado. It is the best beach on the island! The cabana ia a game changer. The location is perfect- close enough to walk to Waler's Village but far enough away from the crowds. The unit is great, a little dated but overall very clean, spacious and had everyrhing we needed! The two queen beds in the second room made it very comfortable for our family of 5. Everyone had a bed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is excellent when you're not feeling the beach. Vivian was very easy to work with... We had an incredible vacation! Mahalo!!

The condo had everything we expected and more. The beach in front of the resort is probably the best we experienced in all the areas we traveled.

We stayed in F204 it had a nice view of the ocean.

The condo was very clean and loved that it was like 2 separate units with a washer .and dryer. It was our second week in Hawaii with another couple so nice to have our own space. The couch could use some upgrading but overall a very comfortable stay. The property was close to Whalers Village shopping and the beach. They provided rides to the beach but easily walkable. Used the concierge to book a snorkeling tour which was amazing and saw lots of whales also booked a Luau at the Hyatt which was out of this world. The free happy hour Mia Tai's were also a hit and lots of fun. Thanks to Vivian and the resort staff for a great stay.
