As you enter, you'll be greeted by an expansive open-concept living space. The living room, bathed in natural light, features a queen sofa bed, providing space for additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.

The first primary bedroom offers direct access to the lanai and stunning ocean views that will greet you each morning. From your private lanai you'll have the incredible opportunity to spot turtles and whales swimming in the pristine waters below, although sightings are not promised. For added convenience, the condo includes a washer and dryer.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. You will enjoy the convenience of nearby restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and a local grocery store. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
