Room and facilities were amazing. Pool was a bit crowded but to be expected during the holidays. Family had a great time and we would definitely come back!

Check in was not great, our room was not available and had to switch the next day. Not many food options, ate off the resort. Gym is old and small and the pools chairs are all filled by 7 am (no one monitors so people just hold them), beach chairs are not included in resort fee…. Hospitality suite for checkout was not cleaned in between guests.

Clean room, every staff member was very helpful and very friendly/patient. Loved that the beach was right there. Favorite part of the hotel was Ulu Kitchen. Some of the best food I’ve ever had
