The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and features an updated shower. Enjoy ocean views from your private lanai and close proximity to some of Maui's best beaches.

The kitchen has been remodeled with Australian river rock countertops and custom cabinets. Recently, more updates were completed, including the addition of new artwork, mirrors, décor, chair cushions, a brand new bed in the bedroom and a refreshed paint job.

Concrete spall, crack repair, abatement, and painting work is scheduled on the Lanai Tower south wall from October 19 through the end of November 2026. Units 106, 317, 417, 507, and 1201 are specifically affected. Please contact our office for the work schedule.

The Mahana at Ka'anapali is a well-known upscale resort located at the north end of Ka'anapali Beach. The Mahana is close to the Ka'anapali Resort area and Whalers Village Shopping Center. The sand levels at the beach located in front of the resort can vary depending on the conditions and tides, but there is a sandy entry to the ocean. Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
