Welcome to my Oceanfront studio, which is literally 50 ft to the water. Wake up to a breathtaking oceanview, take it all in from the spacious lanai, fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night

Recently upgrade the TV to a 55inch Smart TV, which works w/ Apple AirPlay.

Located on the 2nd floor at Pohailani Maui Resort on West Maui shores, easy access to world-class beaches, restaurants, shopping, and golfing

***LOCATION***
This building is about as oceanfront as it gets! Any Maui's future buildings are no longer allowed to build this close to the water, which means you hear the ocean when opening your window. Every day people gather around the seawall to enjoy the sunset, while you can take it all in from a private lanai

The condo is located off Lower Honoapiilani Rd in Lahaina, Maui (Napili-Honokowai on the map - Kahana to the locals), about 15 mins north of the Lahaina downtown. 1-minute walk north you will find yourself on a small secret beach, 5-minute walk south there is a local's favorite beach park with plenty of room for chairs and towels as well as excellent surfing. Within a 10-minute drive, you will have access to several WORLD-CLASS beaches such as Kaanapali, Napili, and Kapalua

Short walking distance to two plazas with restaurants, bars, cafes, and water gear shops

***INSIDE THE CONDO***
Smoke-free environment, super comfy King bed, and the room come equipped with all the essentials for a relaxing island vacation including:

* Various shampoo, lotion, and body wash options in the bathroom, with hairdryer, hair straightener
* Bath and beach towels
* Water gear: beach totes, snorkeling masks & fins, swimming goggles, beach chairs, umbrella, icebox

***Other***
Maui is a tropical island and does tend to have bugs and ants during certain times of the year. Although the exterior of the building is routinely treated to help combat this issue and the condo is thoroughly cleaned between each guest, it greatly helps if you leave the screens shut and don't leave any food out to avoid unwanted creatures

This is not resort living, there are some conveniences the large resorts provide that I just can't offer, but my goal is to ensure a smooth & unforgettable experience for you in Aloha State!

Great Place

The location is great. View from balcony is perfect, great sunsets, turtle watching. We even saw a shark!! Kitchen was fully equipped with was great since we cooked most of our meals. Place was quiet and relaxing.

Amazing View!

We spent most of our time on the lanai when we were at the unit. The view was incredible! We saw whales every day and turtles too. The sunsets were incredible as well! We appreciated the list of places to visit and went to most of the ones on the list!

Great place- clean, cozy and a convenient location.

Stayed here with my husband and son while visiting the Boulder area. It was perfect for our needs; plenty of space for 3-4 people. Two comfortable king beds, quiet neighborhood close to Pearl St. and campus. Bonus: it's just a few blocks from the Y and they honored our membership so we were able to use the facility for free. If we're ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent home away from home in paradise!

We found the condo so comfortable, everything you need available including beach gear including snorkeling. Sitting on the lanai at night was spectacular, and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was exactly what we'd hoped for. Great location and amenities on the property - enjoyed the garden pool which was nicely shaded for hot days. Highly recommend this as a go-to for Maui.

Beautiful view!

We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, well equipped space that met all needs, and privacy. For those needing beach access, it wasn’t conducive to that. Suggestion would be better pillows. Overall, it was a very nice stay.

Fantastic Oceanside Stay

This place exceeded expectations. Loved all of the things they had for us to take advantage of. Beautiful view ocean-side, great lanai, comfy bed, solid kitchen space, easy access. We only stay here for 2 nights, but truly enjoyed our time this very spacious studio Perfectos for a couple has everything we need and more! Spotless clean tasteful decorated and very well organized. Everything about this property is perfect

This condo is by far the best studio unit I’ve stayed in over a decade of visiting west Maui. The owners are terrific and very responsive, the furnishings are very nice, and the kitchen is well appointed for doing all your cooking. Kahana is such a great location because so much is in walking distance. And the views.... can’t be beat.

A wonderful Maui experience for a couple on vacation.

We loved the central location, convenient to Kaanapali and points north as well as Lahaina to the south. LOVED being so close to the water and in a smaller, 3-story, non-commercial structure. The hosts were incredibly accommodating of COVID requirements and resulting changes in travel plans. Highly recommended.

This is a quaint studio condo steps from the best snorkeling beach on Island. The host were able to accommodate my 24 hour booking request with ease and fabulous communication. The studio is clean, quiet and safe with easy parking and laundry facility. Highly recommend! Mahalo for your hospitality!

This place is a little piece of paradise! Loved the location!

We will definitely stay here again when visiting Maui. Walkable beaches and the one we drove to was only 5 minutes away. Also the condo upgrades were very nice and the AC worked wonderfully. Awesome whale watching from the Condo!

This condo was perfect! The only minor issue was that the mattress was too soft for us but that is the only complaint. Loved the condo and the location. We actually got to see a mother whale and her calf breach! Very memorable vacation!

Waking up and falling asleep to the ocean waves as close as it gets was awesome. The condo was fully equipped, AC worked well, and was very clean. There was plenty to do in the area from snorkeling to great food and drinks. I'd highly recommend this room for anyone looking to stay in Maui. The price point was lower than booking with most resorts.

Wonderful stay as described

This condo is as described here and shown in the photos. The lanai is huge with lot of privacy and we enjoyed our time there. The room is very easily accessible through a flight of stairs and the parking is very close on the first floor. The apartment is clean with each and every amenity you should think of including all types of cleaning supplies and kitchen utensils. I would definitely would like to come back and stay here.

Right on the water. Whales and turtles abound. Condo is equipped with all you would ever need. The sound of the ocean will lull you to sleep every night. FIVE STARS!!!!

Exactly a pictured...beautiful view from the lanai

Jim and Crystal are amazing. Their condo is cozy and in excellent shape. We were pleased to see that the pictures shown are exactly what the condo looks like. The area is quiet and the road isn’t too busy. The views from the lanai are breathtaking and the pretty sea turtles swimming just inches away from us was an awesome experience. If we ever come back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again.
