This townhouse has older plantation style décor and is offered at lesser rate per night less than the neighboring condos that are fully remodeled and similarly located. The two full bathrooms upstairs and the half bathroom on the ground floor have been upgraded since the original construction. There are large flat screen TVs in the living room and Master bedroom. The unobstructed ocean views are why you should book this condo!

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Kitchen 5315 and the Gazebo restaurant are located at the Napili Shores resort. Just on the opposite side of Napili Bay enjoy the Seahouse restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It also has a great Happy Hour with both food and drink specials!
