BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui’s rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants’ personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Great location, great stay

My family of four had a comfortable stay for a week. It was tricky finding the right building and unit in the dark. The location can’t be beat. Quiet complex, with a simple but nice pool and hot tub. Didn’t use the tennis court but lots of people did. Easy walk to the beach across the street and to restaurants close by. Great area for runners/walkers (lots of people out exercising all the time). The unit itself was recently renovated and clean. Having a washer/dryer in unit was perfect. They supply you with five loads’ worth of tabs, no dryer sheets. Kitchen is well-stocked (though, only one garbage bag supplied), and we enjoyed cooking many meals there. The stove had issues with powering on twice but property management was very quick to work on it and get it back to functioning. There was a cooler, some beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for us to use which was wonderful. Beach towels were also provided. Balcony had a lovely view of Lanai and we would eat out there and look at the stars at night. Both bathrooms are upstairs. If you are a larger person, you might find the toilet being so close to the glass shower wall awkward. Lots of towels. A couple rolls of toilet paper provided. Both bedrooms had a TV and decent beds. Ceiling fans in both rooms, as well as over the dining room table. The primary bedroom is in the loft space (with ensuite bathroom), so if somebody sleeps on the couch, note there will be less privacy. AC worked great. Would return!

Maui paradise

This was the perfect property! We loved how close things were to the rental. Amazing views. The beach items were a fantastic asset that we greatly appreciated each day! Would definitely stay at this property again. Only issue we noticed was the freezer door wouldn’t open very wide, so we couldn’t really use it.

Perfect stay!

We loved this property- the views from the unit cannot be missed. It was a little awkward with the loft open to the bottom floor, but the space is immaculate. Yayyy for AC!
