Noelani 115 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, washer/dryer, and a remodeled kitchen. The condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes Hawaiian-themed furniture with tropical decorations and a large flat-screen TV. Stay cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the unit.

The spacious bedroom features a king-size bed, ample storage space, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The oversized bathroom features double sinks, large counter space, and a walk-in shower. Access the pool deck directly from the extra wide lanai. This ground-floor unit features an expansive lanai with a dining table for 4 and 2 lounge chairs. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 4 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. Additional counter seating space for 2 is also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
