Very easy check-in/ check-out process which was nice. The room was not at the standard expected for the price even considering the holiday. Convenient to the excursions and downtown. The view was minimal and the room was very basic, with limited amenities, yet clean.

Great room, very comfy and well equipped. Excellent views from balcony. Great space and location to chill. Easy walk to cafes, shops, pubs etc or to meet for planned trips. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would def stay again.

We stayed in an apartment on the ground floor which was very convenient. It was comfortable and quiet even though it was located on a main road. The location was pleasant with views of the water, but it was not walkable to restaurants.

Our favorite property of our trip. Staff was friendly kind and helpful. Communication was clear. Amenities were just right. Rooms were spacious and welcoming. Balcony was jast right for morning coffee. I would have atayed an extra day if we didnt have such a tight itinerary

This was a wonderful location and better than we hoped. Everyone was friendly and happy to answer all our questions. It was great to be able to easily walk across the road and sit on the beach to watch the sunrise.

Great Location

Had a very comfortable 2 night stay. Good location opposite waterfront. Our unit had no view however we were aware of that when we booked. Bathroom was compact but shower was good. Staff were lovely and we’d stay here again

Love this property, clean, ocean view and friendly staff, though there were slight problems gave us the wrong key and the Wi-Fi didn't turn on, the friendly staff got everything sorted. Would definitely stay here again if we went to Kaikiura again.
