Other Things to Note LUVA Vacation Rental properties are professionally cleaned with enhanced cleaning protocols for guest comfort and confidence. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with LUVA. A LUVA starter kit is provided for the kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry area. A welcome gift with island treats is included upon arrival. LUVA is your on-island contact before, during, and after your stay.
Please Note: The driveway is steep â which is part of what makes the ocean views so spectacular. A raised or 4WD vehicle is recommended for easier access. Roadside parking is also available at the base of the driveway if needed.
Holiday Booking Policy Please note that instant bookings cannot be accepted or confirmed for stays between December 15 â January 7. Please contact our management team directly regarding holiday availability, seasonal requirements, and restrictions. Holiday reservations during the festive season are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Christmas and New Year's stays: Reservations spanning both holidays require a minimum 10-night stay. If staying for only one holiday, check-in and check-out dates must fall between December 26â29.
