You'll notice this intimate complex is extremely peaceful & the perfect oasis for one to enjoy the location of the close proximity to town, shopping and the ocean!
Park in your own private covered carport, and enjoy walking immediately up to your unit.
Laundry Level on Main Level as carport, with your own private use of a washer/dryer that belongs to the unit. Walk up the 1st flight of Stairs to the Main Living Area. There is a Comfortable Pull out sofa for 2 people in this space, with Private Lanai Access.
A beautiful kitchen that's fully equipped for your use and a half bathroom is on this 1st level as well. This unit has new countertops and cabinets. The 1st level is complete with wood flooring and tastefully furnished.
Walk up one more flight of stairs to the top level where one can enjoy the Primary Bedroom. This room is separated by moving shoji doors. Close them off for privacy and to separate the bed configurations or leave them open for a more open space. On the top floor there is a King bed, as well as twin trundle bed with two twin beds. Upstairs is complete with a Second Lanai! There is large bathroom with walk in shower!
Malia Kai also has a pool guests can enjoy while visiting.

We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect for our family and so close to all the restaurants and shopping. They provided us coolers, snorkeling gear, chairs and everything we needed for our activities. We would highly recommend
I stayed at this property for three weeks. The property is in an excellent area - central to many activities, with access to restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities. The unit is clean, well appointed, and has everything you need to be a true home away from home. I hope to stay t here again next time I am on the Big Island.
We had a truly great stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, easily accommodating our family of four without ever feeling crowded. Everyone had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Although there was no air conditioning, the fans in the home were enough to keep us comfortable.We also appreciated how responsive and attentive the owner was.Overall, we would absolutely consider coming back again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here as the townhome was very clean and communication was direct and immediate. The walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town was perfect and convenient. As a group of college girls we felt very safe staying here and would gladly book this place again in the future.
Still really enjoyed our stay, been to the big island many times before, just wish the unit had air conditioning. It definitely needs it. We were here in late August and wouldn't get even to 80 degrees until after 11 pm.
