Enjoy waking up to the tropical sounds of paradise. Nestled into the beautiful tropical trees is this perfect first floor, one bedroom, fully appointed condominium which is walking distance to Kailua Pier (start of the Iron Man) and downtown Kona.

Enjoy the completely furnished kitchen, including microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, blender, mixer and anything you would need to cook if you tire of all the wonderful local cuisine located close by.

After a long day of swimming, surfing, boating or shopping, sit back and relax in air conditioned comfort and watch TV or catch up on your e-mails.

Pack light if you want. You can wash clothes in the washer and dryer provided.

Lots of DVD'S, games, books and things to do are waiting for you if you want to slow down after a day in the sun at the beach or at the pool on the property.

Tout confort et bien situé

Comfortable condo with balcony near all facilities, well furnished, large and clean room. Perfect for a mid to long stay. Sam responded quickly to our requests and tried to arrange as much as possible. I recommend ! Deposit: as my national currency is EUR, I paid 3% of commission to my Visa card center and I lost money on exchange rates fluctuations for payment and reimbursement of the deposit (cost about 50€ for the deposit process). I would recommend to change the process for the deposit, too pricy for no USD users.

Convenient and Good Value

My wife and I were in town for her colleague's wedding at the nearby Courtyard. We needed somewhere convenient that was an apartment and not just a hotel room. We also needed to start within budget. This location for the bill. Check-in process was easy. There is a lockbox on the door with the key.The proper manager was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. We was extremely concerned that everything was to our liking.The property was clean and we'll stocked with both beach and kitchen supplies. We also loved that there is a washing machine and detergent. As for the area, there are several restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. We rented a car and were appreciative that a dedicated parking spot is included We thought this property had very good value.

Stay in Kailua-Kona

Our stay in Kailua-Kona was one for the books. Sam’s place was a home away from home with all the amenities, and prime location. The place is a five minute walk to the beach (which we frequented), restaurants and shops. There is also a Walmart and a Safeway nearby, the location is in the heart of downtown Kona. There was a Christmas parade nearby that we were able to walk to, which was fun to watch. The only downside is that the pool and hot tub is a little small in size so if there are multiple people it fills up quickly. Sam is very kind and responsive, his place felt like home on the big island. Mahalo Sam!

Perfection!

Staying in Kona? This is the place for you! Spent 2 weeks in the condo for Ironman. Location was absolutely perfect, around a 5 minute walk from swim start. Condo was spotless, Sam was the perfect host, I will miss my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Plenty of local bars, great restaurants well within walking distance. Wonderful VRBO in Kailua

We had a great stay. The place was clean, cool and close to everything. It was very comfortable with a nice lanai. Its a short walk to the Kailua shopping, restsurants and happy hours. The popular beaches were a short drive away. Beach chairs were a nice plus.

Perfect for Queen’s Race paddlers

This place worked out perfectly for our outrigger paddling race. Although it’s first floor, it is above the parking level so porch had the privacy as if it was on second level. Well equiped with all we needed. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.

This condo was in a great location. We stayed the week of July 4th. Kona had a parade & fireworks on Alli Drive which was just a short walk away. The condo is older but clean. Well stocked kitchen & coolers & beach chairs if needed. (We did not need them but appreciated them being there).

Great condo near the beach and stores

I spend wonderful time in this condo. The room was clean because there were no shoes allowed. And there was bathtub so I could be relaxing in the tub. There were everything in the kitchen for cooking. Pans, dishes knives rice cooker etc. The balcony was big enough to eat or relaxing on the couch and can see ocean and mountains a little. Beautiful beach was walking distance and grocery stores or restaurants were also walking distance. A parking lot assigned so if you rent a car can explore all over the island. I liked this condo so much!

Great rental, great trip!

We had a lovely one week stay and found the apartment to be perfect for our needs with a small child. Great central location made exploring the island a breeze. The pool was wonderful for relaxing afternoons after mornings at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed for meals at home and everything was very comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back and recommend this rental for couples or for couples with a small child who can sleep on a fold out couch.
