I had booked and paid for a room with a partial ocean view. When I checked-in they said all they had were 3 rooms at the end of the hallways on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. I took the one on the 2nd floor but it had no table and no chairs, just a bed. I went to the front desk and said I should be given the room In reserved and paid for. She gave me a different room on the 5th floor with a majestic "partial view of the ocean" and the room had a table and 2 chairs (what I had booked through Travelocity.com). I was very happy with the 2nd room. Everything was fine after that.

They moved me from the 1st room on the 2nd flóor as it had to table and no chairs and a view of the pool when I had booked a room with a partial ocean view. The new room was on a higher floor, with a table and 2 chairs AND a partial view of the ocean. I am now happy they honored the original reservation on Travelocity

The room was clean and comfortable. The a/c was pretty loud but that was expected with a window unit. Parking is $25/night but they were fully booked for parking when i arrived. Other paid parking options nearby at Mariott. The hawaiian coffee offered in the morning was really good. They also had a coffee truck outside with food for purchase. The guest service desk was great.

Roommate good, when we checked in, it was dark already so the lack of view did not bother, however they hit us with a 25$$$ bill for parking for one night. We realized next day that Kona village went nuts on charging 15 $$$ for one hour parking.ost shops are vacated and it looks like ghost town, but parking cost you $$$$$

There was no coffee when they said there was going to be. In the room there was: No where to put your suitcases except on the ground. No table or chairs to sit at. No towel racks in the bathroom. They fi lled the fridge with thier stuff to buy and left no room for our own drinks we brought. There was no ma id service the entire four days.We were there. There was one ice machine on the first floor for the entire five story hotel. However the room was clean.
