Stunning Beach & Forest 360 Views - close to the beach and mountain bike park!

This is the cutest A-frame holiday house with original 1970's features! Its has 360 degree uninterupted views of the whole of Kaiteriteri - beach, estuary & forest. You'll wake up to birdsong in the morning and lie in bed at night staring at the stars. Enjoy the huge deck over looking the beach, for outdoor dining, sunbathing and BBQs. A 5 minute walk to everywhere - wander down to the beach for a swim, to the lagoon to float down the river, grab a coffee at the Waterfront cafe, or go biking in the Kaiteriteri mountain bike park.

This holiday house is truly a special place to be enjoyed. Up the spiral staircase there's the master bedroom with a queen sized bed with forest views (and also a small single bed for little kids). There's also a bedroom with 2 single beds with beach views. Downstairs there's a fun open plan family living space with kitchen, dining and couches. Outside there's the cutest cabin sleepout with a queen sized bed.
There's parking space for two cars.

We don't charge a cleaning fee, so please bring your own sheets and towels, and leave the house clean and exactly as you found it. The vacuum cleaner is in the cupboard by the fridge. Please take all your rubbish with you. We kindly ask you to respect the house and leave it super clean, that way we can keep the rent price low. Please look after the contents of the house as this is our family house and we stay there often. Thank you so much. You will love this house - it's truly a special part of our paradise.
