This was the perfect getaway, a great house with beautiful views, in a great location with a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and everything the Catlins has to offer. Hope to stay again one day!!

Lovely home

We loved our stay - the fire and heatpump ensured we weren't cold. There was plenty of room and a kitchen that had everything we needed. Great location too!

Summer break

Loved the wood burner so cosy, amazing to see up close the wildlife in the area, sea lions, seals. Birdlife amazing. Friendly locals. Wonderful views. Private and quiet excellent beds.

Quiet and restful

Propery was comfortable and very clean. Good base to get out and about to explore the coastline then come home and relax at the end of the day. Great Kitchen and bathroom and super comfortable bed. Great deck to relax on in the sunshine. Would stay again

Had unfortunate weather event with no power or water. The host contacted local people who provided us with water and a little gas cooker. There was also a fire which provided some light and warmth.

This is such an amazing place to stay. Great location, very peaceful clean place all by ourselves.

So comfortable stay

We really loved the beds and the comfortable sofas. So enjoyed the deck and outside furniture. The bird life was all around us. The beach walk down below was stunning. Spotlessly clean. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you!
