Breakfast staff was really rude when they were setting out food. Front desk girl was clueless. When asked certain questions room was outdated. Shower was dirty and bedding had stains on it.

The property is conveniently located to gas and food with easy access to the highway. The most disappointing aspect was the room. Upon opening the door, it reeked of smoke. Stale cigarettes. The room was obviously a smoking room at some point that was not properly renovated. This alone would keep me from staying there again. Yes. The feedback was provided to the front desk.

Stink bugs on window SIL and dead ones in a corner proving lack of thorough vacuuming. Hot tub was broken, pool room was cold. Our toilet in our room broke. They did repair that timely but did not address the bug issue by vacuuming. Breakfast was out and ready so we began getting our breakfast and staff let us know we were not allowed to do so for 5 more mins at 7am. The lobby was nice and clean and usable for hanging out.
