Paid $825.00 for two nights and compared to any 4-star hotel in Perth (or even international) this hotel is not on par. A rip-off. If one goes to their website prices quoted are much less.

Although staff were friendly there was no help offered. My friend and I are elderly and I had to struggle to get our luggage up to our room with a trolley through the heavy glass doors that I had to try to keep open to get the trolley inside the hotel. When leaving I called down to reception and asked if someone could bring the trolley up for us but was told “we can’t do that “, so I once again had to struggle to get the luggage down. Disappointing.

Great location with secure parking

Great location close to everything. The hotel is in very good condition given the age of the building. Parking was safe and secure for our stay. Rose at reception was extremely helpful and we would definitely stay again if we are back to Kalgoorlie
