Welcome to your perfect Northern Michigan getaway! Our stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is your home away from home in the heart of this beautiful region. With enough space to sleep up to 8 guests on the main level, our home is the perfect spot for a group getaway.

Inside, you'll find all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We offer fast wifi and central air to keep you cool on hot summer days. Plus, our finished basement is the ultimate hangout spot with a theater and bar, so you can unwind with your favorite movie or cocktail.

Outside, our huge entertaining patio is the perfect spot to enjoy Michigan's natural beauty. With a 6-person hot tub, propane firepit, outdoor sectional, and grilling area, you'll have everything you need to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, our fenced backyard and playset make it the ideal spot for kids to play.

Kalkaska has everything you need for a great vacation. We're close to 2 grocery stores, multiple convenience stores, and 9 different marijuana dispensaries. Plus, The Kalkushka Lounge is a unique cannabis lounge that's not to be missed. For adventurous guests, there are numerous ATV riding trails nearby, and you can ride right from the house to the trails around the corner.

Our home is perfectly located for easy access to some of the area's top attractions. The Great Lakes Equestrian Festival and Turtle Creek Casino are just a 15-minute drive away, while the world-famous Torch Lake is only 15 minutes away. You can reach Traverse City in just 30 minutes and the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Excellent House Near Traverse City

My family and friends had an excellent trip to Traverse City. This property has a lot of space on the main floor, basement, and back yard. There is a ton of room in the yard for games and the kids to play. The hosts kept the bathrooms and kitchen stocked with various supplies and appliances which made our stay even better. We'd recommend staying here!

Great property! Very close to Traverse City and Petoskey for fun day trips. Hosts were very accommodating and helpful with check in/out and house was perfect for a family weekend.
