Other things to note
We apply some additional charges to comply with our rental regulations as follows:

• Electricity Usage : Charged at 6 baht a unit. Meter readings will be recorded on arrival and departure dates. Payment shall be settled in cash before check-out. The cost per day will depend on how much you use the air conditioners, if you only use at night the approximate cost will be around 300-350 baht per day, if you use them all day & night the cost will be around 500-600 baht per day

• Security Deposit: A 2,000 Thai baht security deposit will be collected at check in and will be refundable at check out. Any damages to the property during the guest stay, the damaged items shall be repaired or replaced at the Guest’s expense and will be taken from the security deposit.
