⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Thavorn Resort in Phuket for our honeymoon and spent a full two weeks here. We absolutely loved the pool and private beach, and every walk back to the room felt special with beautiful flower gardens everywhere — the resort is truly lush and peaceful. The room service was great, and it was very convenient that the resort has taxis available, so you don’t need to rely on apps to get around. They also offer a free shuttle to Patong three times a day, which made getting into town easy while still enjoying a quiet, relaxing resort. Perfect place for a honeymoon or anyone looking for a scenic, relaxing stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Room Clean, Staff always on their cell phones so i had to interrupt them to get their attention most of the time. Noisy staff in am talking to loud outside. No Free sporting equipment for pool etc especially when ocean was full of rocks and unswimmable all day until tide came in. Activities not complimentary either. Gym closes at 6pm prices for dated rooms and food quality (meat undercooked)was not adequate for high prices being charged. Not 5 star quality. They need to put money into that hotel to bring it up to 5 star The only hard workers who had 5 Star quality was the Grounds Keepers & Pool staff. The Grounds & Pool was Excellent! Sunset can only be seen by walking to the extreme end of beach at the Pier.

The gym 1. No towels available in the morning if the 15.th 2. The treadmill needs service. One of has the button to reduce speed faulty. The others need service Breakfast 1. Probably not suited for weatern people. E.g the bacon was something I have never seen or tasted . Not great. 2. The pastry was old or not baked in the early morning. This is so easy to fix and would add calue to your venue. 3. Cold duck was not welcomed 4. The ham and salami probably my expectation was for a better quality/ type. 5. It a long indian breakfast instead more options for western The staff was very friendly, the pool well maintained and the garden spectacular.

The hotel is lovely, I would put it at a 5 star level, staying at many 5 star hotels. The staff is very friendly but in terms of fast service it’s a bit of a nightmare. The quality of food is below average whether you order of the menu or buffet, it’s nothing to make you think to go back for more. The pool is the highlight of the resort for sure, it’s just difficult for me to understand, you book 5 star and you get water temperature at full heat at 25-28 degrees and very little water pressure. The housekeeping is extremely slow, but sometimes only getting to our room to be made up at 3-4pm. The location is 5 star but everything else would be 3 star level When you say staff can speak English, i wouldn’t say so. We used multiple times google translate to help us talk to staff that didn’t understand us at all.

Couldn’t be more pleased with my stay at Thavorn Beach Village. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and kind. Food was wonderful, with plenty of options for a variety of different preferences. Jan from food and beverage went above and beyond to provide great service, taking the time to learn our names and greet us each time she saw us around the resort. The grounds are stunning, giving the entire resort a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The traditional Thai architecture sets this resort apart from other resorts in the area. Close to Patong and Kamala beach, and a shuttle to both of these towns was offered by the resort, which was great. Overall, a must for your trip to Phuket.

This is absolutely not a "5 star" Hotel. The room was not cleaned very well prior to our first night, the air conditioner made the floors and surfaces in the room sticky, couldn't be barefoot or in socks in your own room. Found a few bugs and ants were all around the property. I picked up plenty of glass from the beach, just a little while after staff had "cleaned" the beach area. Forget about coordinating the shuttle too! Worst hotel we stayed at in 20 days of Thailand! It was supposed to be a fancier place to stay! 3 Star resort (maybe).

Thavorn Palm beach Resorts at Laron beach is awesome property. As we arrived , The check-in process at Thavorn Resorts and Spa was seamless, thanks to the Expedia booking reference which made everything quick and hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally polite and gentle, warmly welcoming us and, as a wonderful surprise, upgraded us to the private beachfront villas at no extra cost. This 5-star property is truly a tropical paradise blending lush flora and fauna with stunning ocean views, creating a serene forest-meets-sea atmosphere. The grounds are impeccably maintained—spotlessly clean and beautifully landscaped. The peaceful ambiance is enhanced by the gentle sounds of the ocean, making it a perfect escape from the everyday hustle. What really stood out were the numerous ancient Thai statues and idols scattered throughout the resort, adding a rich cultural vibe and bringing the surroundings to life. The petting zoo was a delightful bonus, especially fun for families or animal lovers. Dining here offers a healthy selection with plenty of variety, ensuring there's something to please every palate. If you’re after a resort-style experience, this is a good all round choice. There’s a shuttle to nearby areas, plenty of activities, and it’s well-suited to families travelling with children. The breakfast buffet is quite average, but meals from the Crocodile Bar were very good.

Could be so much more, paradise spoilt!

Not what we expected. advertised as a wellness spa resort, but reality is not! We requested an early check in as we arrived at 9am, this was not met, waited 6 hours for our room! Wasn’t given the right information at check in. If you book half/ full board or all inclusive they give you coupons, to present when you enter the restaurant. (did not like this at all!) you get a different menu, very basic and the same menu for every meal, after 3 days we were ready for a change!! Lots of young children, big inflatables in the pool, large groups, music playing all day, does not equal a place to come, relax and recharge! We had to ask to move rooms as the first pool access room faced out on the main pool area where everyone seemed to gather, making our room very public! (Room2114) avoid!!!! The second was like going into a different resort, room 2118! What made this place was the staff, all so friendly and accommodating, trying to take care of your every need! We got the feel the staff were being closely watched, which made the atmosphere a little tense! On a positive note, the pool areas and grounds were beautiful! A useful note, take pumps for climbing on the rocks for when the tide is out!
