Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Park City Town home

**OVERVIEW**
Located in the Black Rock Ridge complex, This unit has been fitted with all brand new furnishings, linens, and appliances. Before your arrival the home will be cleaned thoroughly by our professional cleaning team.

**LOCATION**
You are a short 5 minute drive from shopping, groceries and leisure activities. You will need a car in this location. Ski resorts are located just minutes away with Deer Valley Resort and Park City Ski Resort within a 10 minute drive.

**GETTING AROUND**
You will need a car for this location, parking is outside of the condo on the driveway and in the one car spot in the private garage. Contact us for car rental information and recommendations.

**AMENITIES**
Our home is outfitted with the best furnishing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. TVs, couches, beds, linens, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils, plus a projector TV downstairs in the family room.
A King bed in the master with a private bathroom, more than enough storage for clothes, suitcases and more.
Second room with a queen bed.
Bunk room with a Twin over a queen bed.

The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and all bedrooms..

Perfect family vacation home and location. We were in town for hockey at the Black Rock Mountain Resort. Walking distance to the rink and 30 min or less to so many sites. Views from the house were breathtaking! Will stay here again!

Great location close to Park City

We only had two people but room for many more. Visited Park City and Deer Valley and drive was very easy and picturesque . Location was also convenient to wedding we attended. We didn’t cook while we were there but there is everything needed to make great meals in a beautiful kitchen. Communication with the hosts was very easy and prompt!

Awesome stay, Awesome place

The layout of the property was well designed as 6 people fit comfortably. The kitchen had all utensils and all appliances worked . There is plenty of couch space upstairs and down, the dining table fits 6 but we rarely used it bc we are at the bar-style counter which also fit 6. The master bedroom is spacious with a killer shower and full flowing hot water it was heavenly. Downstairs was a little chilly but the beds in the 2 bedrooms were warm and the mattress were so comfortable. Down there is also a 2nd living room with a large lounge couch and a projector Tv. This projector tv is directTv and doesn’t seem to have a way to access Netflix etc like the one upstairs. I must congratulate the person/people who were in charge of decor, not ultra fancy but definitely tasteful casual elegant, everything was of good quality. I enjoyed the views from all bedrooms and deck, the neighborhood was well kept and with little traffic but was also very well located and within 15 min from park city, 35 min to midway, about 45 min from Sundance ski resort and 1 hr to Brighton - all was easy driving . Our 7 passenger SUV fit in the garage, but a large suburban may be a tight squeeze, otherwise it could fit in the driveway no problem. I give the property 5 stars, my picky wife also loved it, and although we didn’t need to contact management they sent “hello” texts and reminders about garbage schedule and checkout process. I will be back!

Great place for a skiing retreat

This house had room for 5 adults to sleep and have all the personal space they needed. It could easily have accommodated one or two more people. The location is great- about 4.5 miles from the Park City Base and downtown. The community has excellent snow removal- we had heavy snow two nights but our driveway and access roads were cleared in plenty of time to allow us to get to the mountain for a full day of skiing.

Holiday ski trip

The property itself is fine for space for a family of 4. Read the information carefully, there is no hot tub, there is 1 tv in the living room, no tv’s in any bedrooms, the projector downstairs has very poor visibility but since my son only used it for Xbox it didn’t really matter. He did say the WiFi for the Xbox was not very good. Unfortunately the cleaning service did a very poor job before our arrival. The interior of the microwave had food caked in it, every single plate, glass and utensil was dirty, food remnants on every single thing we took out of the cabinet and drawer. I could not believe it! But after running dishes and utensils thru the dishwasher I can see why. Either the detergent they provide is useless or the dishwasher itself is, so if you want clean dishes and forks and knives then wash it all yourself by hand. The downstairs carpet had not been vacuumed before our arrival, and probably not been vacuumed in weeks. Same for the upstairs as there were chips and crumbs on the floor and carpet in front of the couch and the dining table. This was one the first things I noticed when we walked into the condo. The downstairs gets very cold at night as the thermostat for the unit is upstairs. Also be aware that the thermostat is set to automatically go down to 63 every night at 11pm
 1 box of Kleenex in the entire condo and we had to call and request more toilet paper mid week. I know what a clean house is and this was far from it, if this is not a priority for you and your family then the unit is adequate. Property maintenance was very good about shoveling the front stairs, which is a different crew from the driveway plowing. Overall the condition of the unit was not up to my standards. I am also not very experienced with renting on VRBO so I will use this as a learning experience and be more aware, pay more attention to details and ask more questions in the future.

Excellent space for family, great location!

This Townhome was perfect for our large family (2 adults, 6 kids). We loved the location, just 15 minutes (with construction, so probably shorter usually) from Main Street park city. Our goal was to get into the National Forests and just up the road 20 minutes and playing in the Weber river, or 45 min and we were hiking at 10,000 ft. Elevation and taking in the beautiful outdoors, - but sleeping in a comfy bed at night!

Fantastic!

This well-appointed, clean condo was a perfect getaway for us with our college-aged children and their friends. The master was on the main floor, which had gorgeous mountain views from all the windows. The downstairs area had a fantastic gathering room with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms had ample beds for all the college-aged kids. We loved having big dinners cooked in the wonderfully furnished kitchen and playing lots of board games. The condo was close to Jordanelle Reservoir where we docked our speed boat. Luke Walker at Park City Host was great at accommodating an early check in and late check out. Thank you Park City Host!
