This home offers a perfect combination between outdoor & indoor living, with a private hot tub on the balcony, with the very best views in Parks Edge. I have stayed in quite a few VRBOs over the years and this unit was by far the cleanest and most well stocked one! So much attention to the little details made this unit a standout. After a very early start on our travel day we arrived to find all the basics stocked with no need to rush out for them. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, garbage bags, and most importantly, coffee, lol!There are a lot of condos in the area but not all the units have a good view. This one does! Communication with the owner was always fast and our questions easily answered.This trip was our first to Utah and it did not disappoint! 10 out of 10 for this condo and the area it is located in!

Perfect Spring Ski Getaway

Our family (husband, wife, our adult daughter, and her boyfriend) thoroughly enjoyed our staying at this wonderful property during our Spring Ski Getaway. The floor plan was perfect, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom, as well as gather in the open kitchen and living space. I especially enjoyed sitting on the hearth by the warmth of the gas fireplace. The kitchen was well equipped, including a crockpot and pressure cooker. The location was in close proximity to resorts. Our group skied Deer Valley, Park City, and Canyons.We especially enjoyed parking at nearby Richardson Flats and taking the shuttle to Deer Valley and Park City (all were free). At the end of the day, everyone enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. This left us refreshed and ready for the next day on the slopes. The garage and garage door opener were also tremendously convenient. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We would not hesitate to return to this beautiful and well appointed property!

Great Location for Deer Valley and Park City

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very comfortable and clean. We had some snow days and we were very happy to see that the snow was plowed in the residential area.This condo has all the comforts of home. We would definitely consider renting this condo again.It has three stories so make note of the stairs in case that is important for you.

Clean exceptional stay, 11 mins from Park City

Sherrie’s unit is very clean, new and modern. The three level townhouse had a spacious garage, hot tub on the deck, and large 3 bed 3 baths. This was a great place to vacay with my wife and 2 kiddos. Had every thing we needed. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty the whole time but sounds like Sherrie got it fixed! We loved the office nook off the master bedroom.

So peaceful!!

Our stay was wonderful. We needed a break from the hustle in the valley and Sher’s retreat was perfect. Great attention to detail
everything was as advertised or better. Sherrie was very accommodating and prompt to respond with answers to questions. Best of all for me was the fact her unit backs onto beautiful natural open space. Also the community is very quiet. It was the perfect needed break for my wife and I. (Late Mother’s Day gift). We will be back!

Wonderful getaway

This was the most wonderful getaway for spring break. I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to relax, even while my husband still put in a few hours of work each day. (The little office upstairs was ideal, and the internet worked perfectly.) The location was great, the views were beautiful, and everything we needed was provided. Thank you for such a great stay!

Winter wonderland

We had an amazing time at the condo. It was exactly as described and even better in person. The layout of the condo, with each room on its own level, provided everyone in our group with the privacy they needed. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The decor was also stunning.
