This place is run by very mean owners. Everything is cheap and not well-maintained. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Terrible people running this hotel. Be careful!

This was our second stay at Budget Inn. The room was comfortable and better than our last stay. Unfortunately, their ice machine was not working which is important for long travellers. Having a supply of ice for guests in such a situation does not seem like a difficult task. Fortunately we were able to get ice from a guest without travelling to a store. They saved the day and made the stay enjoyable. Except there was no telephone and we didn’t have a working mobile.

Where to start. The pics provided on the Expedia site were not an accurate depiction of our room at all. I will say that the room was clean and free of bugs however in my opinion it definitely required a lot of improvements. Gouges in the walls which should have been patched and repainted. Trims around doors peeling and really showing wear and tear. Bathroom had a nice sink area, tub/ shower had black mold while some floor tiles were cracked or lifting. Floors were decent and a/c was good.

Floors were dirty, lightbulb missing in room, tiles in bathroom falling apart and bathroom was uncleanly and very sorry with mold mildew. If you want a place to crash for the night that’s cheap tou get what you pay for. They also didn’t monitor the b’fast in their lounge so there wasn’t really anything to eat.

We got as far as walking into the room, turned around and left. We did not stay, it was very run down and not clean at all. The carpet was disgusting and had stains all over it. There seemed to be long term low renters, we didn’t feel safe to leave our vehicle in the parking lot. Hotels.com was unavailable to try to get our money refunded. We won’t book thru them again either.

I’ve never seen a hotel room in this condition. The carpet was filthy and peeling from the floor, there were holes in the walls, the toilet was not attached to the floor and the windows were filthy and moldy. The front desk staff was also so unfriendly, but she did allow us to check in early to get ready for the wedding we were in town for, so that was positive. We decided to leave the wedding early, pack up our things and check into a different hotel. The thought of sleeping in those beds was too much.

This could be a cute place to stay at. Rates reasonable. Staff friendly. Room conveniences exceptioal. But the rooms need alot of cosmetic work, paint etc, bathroom needs to be updated and the beds need new mattresses and beddings. And I was so happy to see NO carpet!

Not sure it is best.

I know the name of this accommodation is best budget, we think they could drop the word "best". The bathroom was a bit smelly probably because the extractor fan didn't work and there was mould on the grout. The shower curtain pole was very dirty. The bed was clean and comfortable though.

This place needs renos done. Last room smelled like fish. Bed old lumpy, pillows old. Long time renters smoking outside at doors- kids/families etc having to walk around/ past them.
