I didn't realize the room didn't have a fridge. I eat a specialized diet and I need to buy my own food. Only Chinese food was served at the hotel in Africa, which I couldn't eat. I was going to stay there for 10 days and that would have been very difficult for me. I had to find a another place to stay and the hotel wouldn't refund my money. They said the way Expedia operated made it impossible for them to refund my money. I ended up leaving so I could be comfortable and ended up losing my money.

HORRIBLE PLACE

Not comfortable at all. room had outdated bedding `and single on a double bed.One chair in a double bedroom, no face-towels, and not enough toilets. I was greeted by angry shouting guests and staff. very place for modern tourists.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere

Pros: The food was OK
Location: Again, nothing nearby.
I checked out early and took the loss to stay at a better hotel

Good value hotel with excellent staff

It was a little bit of a surprise to find out this was primarily a Chinese hotel run for Chinese people, with the main sign being in Chinese rather than English. That said the room was clean with plenty of hot water and a firm bed. The best bit about the hotel though was that the staff were so helpful and eager to please. Especially good was the onsite taxi service which made travelling around the city a breeze.
