The ground-floor of this townhouse has a spacious great-room with comfy leather sectional sofa, OLED TV, well equipped gourmet kitchen, and half bath. The lower lanai is very private. It has a Viking BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table.
Upstairs are two suites. The primary bedroom has a top-line Stearns and Foster pillow-top king bed, a writing desk, a sitting room, and a lounge-equipped private lanai overlooking the golf course. The primary bath features a walk-in shower and a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic pillow top, an easy chair, an OLED TV and an en-suite bath.
