Welcome to Wai'ula'ula' at the Mauna Kea Resort!

Professionally decorated former model home with mahogany trim and stone upgrades, and now current newer updates and furnishings, offers breathtaking ocean, Maui, and Kohala Mountains views! Located overlooking the Westin Hapuna Golf Course and coast line views with year round sunsets, this spacious home offers a spacious open floor concept with state of the art appliances, pool and spa..

Recently updated with a new Subzero, Bosch dishwasher, and Wolf microwave, the professional decorated great room kitchen combination expands to the large lanai with brand new Restoration Hardware furniture for lounging and dining. The Wolfe BBQ and outdoor kitchen maximize the Aloha experience with outdoor ocean view dining layered by the 14th hole of the Westin Hapuna golf course. The lawn is large enough for family play and inviting for small children to enjoy along side of the newly resurfaced pool. The updated electric lanai shade offers cover as the sun sets during late afternoons. Additional home offerings include a large laundry room, guest half bath, and wine cooler and wet bar in the kitchen.

The Master King suite, with a brand new luxurious mattress, highlights several ocean views with double door openings to the spacious lanai. The outdoor shower in the master bath brings in the Island's nature, combining the inside shower, large master bath and walk-in closet. For the executive, a built in desk with printer offers peace of mind for when work beckons. The ceiling fan and flat screen TV polishes off this master with a ocean view reading corner.

The second Master featuring a brand new Tommy Bahama king bed and yes, luxurious new mattress, offers ocean and mountain views with a sliding door for lanai access. This master offers a quiet get-a-way with a tucked-away flat screen TV and plenty of reading spaces. This master features a wrap around large bathroom with shower, soaking tub, two separate vanities as well as a walk-through closet. The brand new pull down window shades over the soaking tub and ceiling fan will keep things cool when getting ready for a dinner outing!

Last but nowhere least, the dual Queen Master with brand new Tommy Bahama beds and mattresses and private master bath is the perfect accommodation for grandma and the kids, nanny and the kids, or your teenagers with a flat screen view TV and ceiling fan! The master bath offers a walk-in closet, shower and sink. Now the entire family can spread out with plenty of room!

The villa is registered as a member of THE CLUB allowing guests to purchase private access with a personal club account covering the entire group for a flat set daily fee. Experience the amenities accustomed by hotel guests at the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna resorts, while staying in the comfort of a large, spacious home preparing your own meals, entertainment, and sunsets. Our group had a fantastic time at this property! Ample room for everyone to spread out, and the well-stocked kitchen made meals easy and enjoyable. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. We also loved the high-quality beach towels and gear provided, which made beach days a breeze when we left the resort.Read the binder thoughtfully prepared by the owners. Great recommendations and answers to all questions that arose. The only minor issue was spotty Wi-Fi. Most guests probably won’t mind, but we had to rely on cellular data for work check-ins. I suspect this is an easy fix with an updated router.Overall, a wonderful stay.

Host was very helpful and helped me with resort registration. Having access to both the Westin and Mauna Kea resorts was great for the non divers in my group. Great location for exploring the North End of the Island. Great views from the pool/backyard. House was very comfortable with a great open concept.

The reviews are true folks - Donna’s so great. My dad is having his hip replaced next month so the hot tub was a major necessity for our group. I couldn’t get the hot tub to get hot one day and contacted Donna and she worked some voodoo magic and got the folks to come by and check it out on a weekend! This is just one example of above and beyond. Thank you, Donna for a wonderful stay :)

Excellent property

This property is fantastic. The house is perfectly laid out for a family or multiple couples and is so well appointed. The kitchen is amazing to cook in and has everything you need. The views are stunning and the pool is perfectly sized to cool off in on a hot day. We would 100% stay again. Donna, the property manager, is also super easy to deal with and a great communicator.

Amazing Stay

The house is amazing and the perfect location for a relaxing getaway! The sunset view, pool and accommodations were perfect for a week in the sun with family. A Wonderful Villa for thé Vacation of your Dreams

This amazing property gave us a wonderful holiday. The location was perfect, and the 180 degree view of the ocean was a constant delight. We are a multi-generational group, and the facilities were perfect for the 6 of us. The decor and cleanliness of the entire property is of the highest quality. The house is arranged beautifully to allow lots of interaction and fun times, and yet large enough to insure space and quiet times for everyone. Access to the amenities package for the Mauna Kea and Hapuna resort areas was a huge advantage—you are just a scant few minutes from one of the most fabulous beaches in the world. It could not be more convenient. I also cannot say enough about the high quality of the property management. Donna Brucato was always responsive to the needs of our family and prompt with responses to any inquiries. The younger members of our group, ages 3 and 11, are already asking when we are coming back. We are all looking forward to it.

Magnificent stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa (myself, husband and 11 year old daughter). It is exactly as described (and then some!) and so clean. The pool! The view! Excellent new sofa, clean carpets. Unfortunately my husband had to work much of the time but it is also a great place for remote work - appreciated the desk space in one of the masters and great wifi. We took advantage of the resort pass and so glad we did. We were at the beach at the Mauna Kea Resort almost every day and is a huge part of the reason we will book here again. Love the low key vibe there and their private beach area is the best. Any issues (very minor) were quickly addressed by Donna - she responded to any questions we had almost immediately and the check in process was clear and simple. We would definitely stay in this unit again (and hope to next year!).

Exceptional property

We stayed with our 2 young kids and in-laws. House was perfect for our group. The two master bedrooms were nice for the two couples and the kids room was more than enough with two queen beds and en suite bathroom. The kitchen is open and spacious. We enjoyed cooking and eating in most meals. Also the BBQ grill is top of the line and easy to use. Of course the best part is the indoor-outdoor setup. The pool is not huge, but we actually prefers that as there are other larger pools on property you can utilize. Our small kids loved it and it was very safe. Sunsets here are great. We also enjoyed watching the golfers play up to the green. Donna was extremely prompt with anything we needed. There was never any stress in the entire booking, arrival, or departure process. She’s a true pro and was able to promptly answer any questions we had. We will be staying at this property for years to come. Thank you Donna!

Mauna Kea

Long time guests of the Mauna Kea, but have never rented a home on the property. Was very pleased with the ease of booking, the overall condition of the home, it's location and its amenities. We'll be back. Only problems were a BBQ not functioning properly and old window blinds not suitable for a rental. These items were not significant enough to deter from the overall wonderful experience.
